Wilmington, NC — On October 24th representatives from TEREX Cranes and IHI Construction Machinery Limited gathered to celebrate the completion of the 300th crane produced and sold to TEREX Cranes, Wilmington Operations. The celebration was held at Palace Hotel in Tokyo, Japan. The celebration included the presentation of commemorative plaques and pictures from IHI, breaking of the Sake Barrel and speeches from representatives from both organizations. Attending to represent TEREX Cranes were Steve Filipov, President of TEREX Cranes; Fil Filipov, Former President of TEREX Cranes; Craig Lichty, Senior Vice-President of Business Development; Jim Strobush, Sales Manager; and Don Alberts, Chief Engineer.more ...
